Precious Alice, just five years old,
Your story is one, that should often be told.
My wonderful daughter, my beautiful baby girl;
You truly mean more to me than anything in this world.

Before you were born, I simply had no idea
Just how much my life would change, once you were here.
I love you much more than you could ever understand;
You made my life more amazing than I ever had planned.

Seeing you so tiny, all vulnerable and brand new
I knew that all I would ever want was to be at home for you.
So, I needed to be flexible yet still strive to be a success
And having you come into my life, gave me the inspiration for my business.

I have a lot to thank you for, precious daughter of mine;
Because of you I've won many awards and been on the front of the Times.
I've been broadcast on live radio, been heard of near and far
And that is thanks to you Alice, my little superstar.

I love your amazing detailed drawings; My clever and talented girl.
I love the way you say tubies for cheerios in the sweetest voice in the whole world.
The funny things you always say are the cutest things I've ever heard;
Olibration for operation and lolly pop pop, amongst other words.

If I don't see you for a few hours, I miss you more than I can say.
You are a little part of me and you brighten up my day!
I love our special snuggles-in and all the times we share.
Whenever you need me Munchkin, you know I'll always be there.

The first time you do anything, I've always been there to see
And those moments form amazing memories that are ever so precious to me.
Each day you amaze me further, more than I would have ever believed
And I hope you're also proud of Mummy and of all I have achieved.

Perhaps I might inspire you and I sincerely hope I do
As everything that I have today, is all because of you.
I hope that you will have big dreams and go for them, full force;
You can rest assured that you're guaranteed, support from your Mummy, of course!
