2007 Visitors Survey - The verdict!

Thank you very much to everyone that took the time to respond to our visitor's survey. We have read every single completed survey and wanted to let you know the overall results and what actions we have taken following your feedback.

We ran a survey open to all our visitors from July to end of September 2007. 275 visitors responded during this time and the following is our interpretation of the survey responses.

95% of you are either satisfied or extremely satisfied with WO4LO

97% of you would recommend us to a friend and 98% would visit again in the next 6 months

51% of you have contacted an activity with most people doing this by email but 10% of you just turned up.

"Today was my 1st visit to your website and I'm really glad I found it - it's a one stop shop for everything that is going on and seems to have a lot more info than other similar sites. It also looks exciting and 'happening' if you know what I mean. Some of the other sites I've visited have appeared very 'static' but yours is very lively and up-to-date."

So what have we done to improve WO4LO following your feedback:

1. Made it clearer what advanced search actually gives you with a little note under the advanced search link in the main search box
2. Put more competitions on the site, newsletter and forum.
3. Increased our advertising on Google as the majority of you have found us this way, hopefully more people will find us now!
4. Introduced our Mums' Network to find more activities and classes from the Mums that know about them!
5. Introduced Watson our new WO4LO mascot to add more fun to the site and something for the little ones to enjoy
